The technician called when on his way as promised. He put on his mask before entering my home and was polite and professional. We engaged in some friendly chat and then he got down to work testing my water. It was time to replace a filter for the reverse osmosis system and he was prepared with the correct filter. He clearly explained what I needed to do to flush the system (twice) and also left written instructions so I wouldn’t forget. This is a yearly maintenance visit and I have been with EPA Water Consultants for some time. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a water softener company.
