We recently called EPA do perform annual maintenance on our RO and water softener systems. EPA's technician, Matthew, came out within just a couple of days. We have lived in this house for only 6 months. As such, it was our first annual maintenance experience. Matthew was extremely polite and thorough. He explained the systems to me and informed me about the service he was performing. Since we haven't had an RO system before this was very helpful. I now feel much more knowledgeable about the entire RO process. We thank Matthew for his prompt and expert service and recommend EPA to all prospective new customers.
