Matthew provided excellent service for our annual check-up on our water system. He explained all the testing he was doing and explained the different filters he'd be swapping out. He also communicated clearly when he was going to arrive for the appointment, which was very helpful so I could be home on time and make sure the dogs were safely out of the way of the water service. Matthew was also made sure I understood the time needed to refill the R/O tank- very helpful!
